Seny is a form of ancestral Catalan wisdom or sensibleness. It involves well-pondered perception of situations, level-headedness, and integrity. More specifically, a National Geographic anthropologist defined it as "a kind of refined good sense and self-realization." I dig that. My approach to life, business, and relationships encapsulates these values.
